The constitution of the group follows a thorough business strategy development process informed by a detailed assessment and evaluation of the macro-economic framework and the developmental imperatives in the country (Republic of South Africa).
Each member company is an independent and autonomous entity in its own right with its own ownership, governance and management structures. Khangele Matutu is the golden thread that permeates all these entities.
